Engineering Information. The Lender shall have received satisfactory engineering reports and other information concerning the production capabilities of the Oil and Gas Properties.
Engineering Information. All shop drawings, specifications, tool drawings, blueprints, engineering data, surveys, technical drawings, equipment manuals, test data, manufacturers' warranty information and other like documents relating to the Business, including past and current products and prototype developments and drawings which are in the possession of Seller.
Engineering Information. Supplier agrees that all drawings, specifications, samples and/or written disclosures forming a part of this order, either by reference or otherwise, are the property of Buyer and are submitted in confidence with the understanding and agreement by Supplier that such drawings, specifications, samples, and/or written disclosures so marked shall not be utilized, in whole or in part, by Supplier, either for itself or by it on behalf of any other person, firm or corporation, without written permission of Buyer.
Engineering Information. Mirror shall:
(i) Provide to Supplier necessary engineering information reasonably requested by Supplier and in accordance with the Responsibility Matrix and the Time Schedule;
(ii) Provide, upon reasonable request, System usage information where Mirror's analysis of System requirements has been requested by Supplier or is otherwise required by a specific provision of this Agreement in order for Supplier to discharge its obligations under this Agreement and where the information requested is reasonably necessary for such purposes.
Engineering Information. Mirror shall:
(i) Provide to Nortel necessary engineering information reasonably requested by Nortel and in accordance with the Responsibility Matrix and the Time Schedule;
(ii) Provide, upon reasonable request, System usage information where Mirror's analysis of System requirements has been requested by Nortel or is otherwise required by a specific provision of this Agreement in order for Nortel to discharge its obligations under this Agreement and where the information requested is reasonably necessary for such purposes.
Engineering Information. The Borrower will provide the following:
(i) within 60 days after the end of each Fiscal Quarter, if not already delivered, the most recent consolidated production and revenue reports and lease operating statements for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter covering the Proved Producing Reserves, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, acting reasonably;
(ii) prior to May 15 of each year, an independent economic and reserve evaluation report covering the then applicable Borrowing Base Properties prepared by an engineering firm acceptable to the Majority Lenders, acting reasonably, with an effective date no earlier than December 31 of the immediately preceding calendar year, provided that, in addition to the foregoing, the Majority Lenders will have the right, in conjunction with the exercise of their rights under Section 3.10(b)(i) or (ii), to request that an independent economic reserve and evaluation report covering the Borrowing Base Properties (in addition to the reports required above) be provided by the Borrower at the Borrower’s expense and the Borrower will provide the same within a reasonable time;
(iii) prior to October 31 of each year, internally prepared economic and reserve evaluation reports covering the then applicable Borrowing Base Properties together with such lease operating statements, internally prepared reserve information and other information as the Agent may require, with an effective date no earlier than September 30, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, acting reasonably; and
(iv) additional engineering information in accordance with customary practice upon request by the Agent or Lenders.
Engineering Information. All drawing specifications documents and other information provided by Buyer to Seller shall be the sole property of the Buyer and shall not be utilised for other purposes by the Seller without the prior written consent of Buyer.
Engineering Information. TeleNorte shall:
7.5.1 Furnish, necessary information reasonably requested by Ericsson and in accordance with the Responsibility Matrix and Implementation Schedule;
7.5.2 Provide, upon reasonable request, Cellular Network usage information where Ericsson's analysis of Cellular Systems requirements has been requested by TeleNorte or is otherwise required by a specific provision of this Agreement in order for Ericsson to discharge its obligations under this Agreement and where the information requested is reasonably necessary for these purposes;
Engineering Information. Megatel shall:
(i) Provide to Supplier necessary engineering information reasonably requested by Supplier and in accordance with the Responsibility Matrix and the Time Schedule;
(ii) Provide, upon reasonable request, System usage information where Megatel's analysis of System requirements has been requested by Supplier or is otherwise required by a specific provision of this Agreement in order for Supplier to discharge its obligations under this Agreement and where the information requested is reasonably necessary for such purposes.
Engineering Information. TELIGENT shall furnish engineering information reasonably requested by XXXXXX and necessary for XXXXXX to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
