Enhanced Benefits Report. The Health Plan shall submit a monthly report (flat text file) of all claims paid for the following procedure codes in the prescribed format below. The report shall be submitted to the Agency’s Bureau of Health Systems Development via AHCA’s Secure FTP site, by the tenth (10th) Calendar Day of the month for all claims paid for the previous month.
