Common use of Enhanced Dental Plan Clause in Contracts

Enhanced Dental Plan. The Plan shall compensate at one hundred percent (100%) for preventative, basic and routine services. Major restorative services shall be compensated at seventy five percent (75%). Orthodontia shall be provided for Employees, their spouse and eligible dependants within the resources available to fund the Plan.
