Common use of Enterprise Restricted Business Clause in Contracts

Enterprise Restricted Business. During the Non-Competition Period, HP will not, and will cause its Subsidiaries not to, engage in any Enterprise Restricted Business or own, operate, control, share any revenues of or have any profit or other equity interest in any business engaged in an Enterprise Restricted Business. “Enterprise Restricted Business” shall mean the sale of any of the products or services set forth on Schedule 7.7(b) in any jurisdiction worldwide.
