Common use of Enterprise Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Controls and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of Tyco Management as a director, officer, secretary, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors’ committee member, employee or agent.
