Common use of Entire Agreement and Amendment or Modification Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Amendment or Modification. This Lease and the Schedules, and Riders, if any, attached together with the Rules and Regulations set forth all covenants, promises, agreements, conditions or understandings, either oral or written, between the Landlord and the Tenant. No alteration or amendment to this Lease will be binding upon the Landlord or the Tenant unless in writing and signed by the Tenant and the Landlord.
