Common use of Entire Agreement, Binding Nature Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement, Binding Nature. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and cancels any and all other agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assignees as provided in this Agreement.
