Entire Agreement; Modification; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter. Each provision herein shall be treated as separate and independent from any other provision or agreement herein and shall be enforceable notwithstanding the enforceability of any such other provision or agreement. In addition, each provision herein shall be treated as separate and independent with respect to each Company and shall be treated as separate and independent from such provision or agreement with respect to each of the other Companies. No modification or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless in writing and executed by the parties affected thereby.
Entire Agreement; Modification; Amendment. 15.1. This writing contains the entire Agreement of the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written representations. No representations were made or relied upon by either party, other than those that are expressly set forth herein.

Entire Agreement; Modification; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, superseding all negotiations, prior discussions, and preliminary agreements, written or oral. No modification, amendment, waiver, termination, or discharge of this Agreement or of any of the terms or provisions hereof shall be binding upon any of the Parties hereto, unless confirmed in writing by the Company and Executive. No waiver by the Company or Executive of any term or provision of this Agreement or of any default hereunder shall affect the Company’s or its respective rights thereafter to enforce such terms or provisions or to exercise any right or remedy in the event of any other default, whether similar or not. Any verbal or written understanding previously agreed upon shall be null and void upon full execution of this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties covering the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be modified or amended other than in a writing signed by ABC and Stockholders holding a majority of the Registrable Securities.
Entire Agreement; Modification; Amendment. The Agency and the Bank agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties which supersedes all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all amendments, addenda, and orders signed during the life of this Agreement shall be governed by these General Provisions.
