Entire Agreement; Modifications Only in Writing. This Agreement, together with the Rules and Regulations and any applicable License Agreement, (i) constitutes the entire agreement between IMLS and Participant concerning the IMLS Database, Listing Content, and all other subject matter of this Agreement, (ii) supersedes any contemporaneous or prior proposal, representation, agreement, or understanding between the parties, and (iii) may not be amended except in writing signed by IMLS and Participant.
