Entire Agreement; Precedence. This Project Statement will supplement and/or modify the Agreement by and between Supplier and Buyer with respect to the Services provided hereunder. In the event of a conflict between this Project Statement and the Agreement, this Project Statement will prevail. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and are ratified hereby. This Project Statement, including its terms and conditions and the Agreement of which it is a part, is a complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter, and which supersedes all prior or concurrent proposals and understandings, whether oral or written, and all other communications between the parties relating to its subject matter.
