Entire and Complete Agreement. This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire and complete final agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and all previous agreements, discussions, communications and correspondences with respect to the subject matter hereof are superseded by the execution of this AGREEMENT.

In the event of a conflict among these contract documents, the Service Agreement shall prevail over the RFP and Addenda. The RFP and Addenda shall prevail over the Company’s Proposals.

No course of prior dealing or performance of Purchaser and Supplier or usage of trade shall be relevant to supplement, explain, interpret or modify any term, condition or instruction used in this Agreement.
Entire and Complete Agreement. 16.1 This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. In the event of any conflict between the language set forth in this Agreement, any of the exhibits hereto, Standard Specifications, or Special Provisions, the language in this Agreement shall prevail, and this Agreement shall be interpreted as if that conflicting language was not a part of the agreement between the parties.
