Entire and Complete Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire and complete final agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and all previous agreements, discussions, communications and correspondences with respect to the subject matter hereof are superseded by the execution of this Agreement. This contract shall comply with all relevant laws, regulations, Rules codes and policies of the Government of Tanzania and the Authority from time to time.
