ENTITLEMENT - Displacement Due to Bumping. (a) An Employee who has received formal written notice (Article 15.04(f)) that they are to be displaced due to a bump will choose one (1) of the following options: (i) Regular Severance (Article 15.10) (ii) Priority Placement (Article 15.08) (iii) Bumping (Article 15.09) (b) YusApuY and the Employer will meet with the affected Employee no later than three (3) working days following the Employee’s receipt of formal written notice to discuss with the Employee the available options.
