Entry Grade for trade Employees. Grade 2: Employees in this classification will have gained relevant experience to the Company’s client, have successfully demonstrated competence in their duties and have the ability to work without or under limited supervision. Electrical tradespersons at this Grade will hold a licence. Grade 3: Employees in this classification will typically be a Grade 2 Employee that holds a post trade qualification in a relevant field and required by the Company to use the qualification on a regular basis. Employees at this Grade may lead a small team of up to 5 Employees on a regular basis. Electrical tradespersons at this Grade will hold a minimum of a supervisor’s licence.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.

  • Non-Vested Retirement Gratuity for Teachers 1. The minimum years of service for retirement gratuity shall be defined as the lesser of the contractual minimal service requirement in the 2008-2012 collective agreement, or ten (10) years.

  • Sick Leave Credit-Based Retirement Gratuities 1) A Teacher is not eligible to receive a sick leave credit gratuity after August 31, 2012, except a sick leave credit gratuity that the Teacher had accumulated and was eligible to receive as of that day.

  • District’s Evaluation of Consultant and Consultant’s Employees and/or Subcontractors The District may evaluate the Consultant in any way the District is entitled pursuant to applicable law. The District’s evaluation may include, without limitation:
