Environmental and Other Notices. As soon as possible and in any event within thirty (30) days after receipt, copies of all Environmental Notices received by Borrower which are not received in the ordinary course of business and which relate to a previously undisclosed situation which is likely to result in a Material Adverse Change;

As soon as possible and in any event within thirty (30) days after receipt, copies of (i) all Environmental Notices received by Borrower, Guarantor or the Other Mortgagor which are not received in the ordinary course of business and which relate to any Property or a situation which is likely to result in a Material Adverse Change and (ii) all reports of any official searches made by any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over any Property or the Improvements thereon, and of any claims of material violations thereof;

As soon as possible and in any event within ten (10) days after receipt, copies of (i) all Environmental Notices received by Borrower which are not received in the ordinary course of business and which relate to any Property or a situation which is likely to result in a Material Adverse Change and (ii) all reports of any official searches made by any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over any Property or the Improvements thereon, and of any claims of violations thereof and, on an annual basis, delivered with Borrower's annual Financial Statements, a report from Borrower regarding the status of the environmental matters discussed in Section 6.12;
Environmental and Other Notices. Will comply with all environmental laws referenced in Section 3.14 applicable to any Property. Further, Seller will (i) not manufacture, release, discharge, treat or install any hazardous, regulated, toxic or other substances or material referenced in Section 3.14 (the “Substances”), in, under or from any Property or install in or remove from any Property any storage tanks and (ii) promptly deliver to Buyer copies of written notices received by Seller or any Partnership of releases of any such Substances or actual or threatened contamination of any Property, or any portion thereof, given Seller or any Partnership on behalf of any Governmental Authority;
