Environmental Information. Seller shall, promptly upon written request from PacifiCorp, provide PacifiCorp with all data reasonably requested by PacifiCorp relating to environmental information under the Required Facility Documents. Seller shall further provide PacifiCorp with information relating to environmental impact mitigation measures it is taking in connection with the Facility's construction or operation that are required by any Governmental Authority. PacifiCorp shall reimburse Seller for all of Seller's reasonable actual costs and expenses in excess of $10,000 per year, if any, incurred in connection with PacifiCorp's requests for the foregoing information under this Section 6.10.
Environmental Information. At any time that any Company has breached the representation and warranty in Section 3.19, is not in compliance with Section 5.09(a) or has delivered a notice pursuant to Section 5.02(e), provide, at the Borrowers’ sole expense and at the request of the Administrative Agent, either (a) an environmental site assessment report concerning the Real Property owned, leased or operated by such Company that is the subject of any such breach, noncompliance or notice, prepared by an environmental consulting firm reasonably approved by the Administrative Agent, provided that if the Borrowers fail to provide the same within 45 days after such request was made, the Administrative Agent may order the same at any time thereafter if the Borrowers are not diligently pursuing the completion of such report, the cost of which shall be borne by the Borrowers, and in such case the respective Loan Party shall grant and hereby grants to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and their respective agents reasonable access to such Real Property and specifically grant the Administrative Agent and the Lenders a license to undertake such an assessment at any reasonable time upon reasonable notice to the Administrative Borrower, all at the sole expense of the Borrowers; or (b) copies of the reports of the United States Coast Guard, Environmental Protection Agency and National Transportation Safety Board, and of any applicable state or foreign agency, if and when issued, concerning such breach, noncompliance or notice if related to a Vessel or Chartered Vessel owned, chartered to or operated by such Company; and
Environmental Information. Seller shall, promptly upon written request from Buyer, provide Buyer with all data reasonably requested by Xxxxx relating to environmental information under the Required Facility Documents.
Environmental Information. The Company has provided to Parent all nonprivileged and material assessments, reports, data, results of investigations or audits that are in the possession or control of or the Company or its Subsidiaries regarding environmental matters pertaining to or the environmental condition of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries, or the compliance (or noncompliance) by the Company and its Subsidiaries with any Environmental Laws.
Environmental Information. As soon as it is known to Seller, Seller shall disclose to PacifiCorp, the extent of any material violation of any environmental Requirements of Law arising out of the construction or operation of the Facility, or the presence of Environmental Contamination at the Facility or on the Premises, alleged to exist by any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Facility or the Premises, or the present existence of, or the occurrence during Seller’s occupancy of the Premises of, any enforcement, legal, or regulatory action or proceeding relating to such alleged violation or alleged presence of Environmental Contamination presently occurring or having occurred during the period of time that Seller has occupied the Premises.
Environmental Information. Regulations mean the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such regulations. Expenses means travel and subsistence costs (in accordance with CLIENT’s prevailing rates) and extraordinary administrative costs, including bulk photocopying, bulk postage, and courier charges A non-exhaustive list of examples of extraordinary administrative costs are included within Schedule 4 of the Framework Agreement.

Environmental Information. Administrative Agent shall have received information, in form, scope and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, regarding environmental matters relating to Restricted Persons’ material real property assets.
Environmental Information if requested by the Agent from time to time upon the instructions of the Required Lenders: (i) provide the Agent with an environmental questionnaire in the Agent's standard form completed by a knowledgeable officer of the Borrower in respect of any Property; and (ii) if the information contained therein is inconsistent in any material respect with the representations in Section 6.01(q) herein, provide the Agent with a phase I environmental report in respect of such Property (and if recommended in such phase I report, a phase II environmental report), and promptly take all such action as may be required to comply with all reasonable recommendations contained in such report(s);
