Environmental Laws and Licences. Each Obligor shall: (a) comply with all Environmental Laws to which it may be subject; (b) obtain all Environmental Licences required in connection with its business; and (c) comply with the terms of those Environmental Licences, in each case where failure to do so would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
