The parties agree that: It is their intention to achieve the principal object in section 3 (l) of the WR Act, which is to respect and value the diversity of the work force by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination on the basis of race, colour, sex, sexual preference, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, family responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, nationality and or social origin. Any dispute concerning these matters and their operation will be progressed initially under the grievances and disputes procedures in clause 10 hereof.
