Developer shall not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, or disability in the solicitation, selection, hiring, or treatment of bidders, the General Contractor, Subcontractors, vendors, or suppliers. Developer shall provide equal opportunity for bidders, contractors, the General Contractor, and Subcontractors to participate in contracting and subcontracting opportunities.
