Equipment and Software. To use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services, you must obtain and maintain at your expense, compatible equipment and software that we may specify from time to time.

We are also not responsible if any non-public personal information is accessed via Mobile Banking due to any malware residing or being contracted by your mobile device at any time or from any source. You will take every precaution to ensure the safety, security and integrity of your account and transactions when using Mobile Banking. You are agree not to leave your mobile device unattended while logged into Mobile Banking and to log off immediately at the completion of each access by you. You agree not to provide your username, password or other access information to any unauthorized person. If you permit other persons to use your mobile device, login information, or other means to access Mobile Banking, you will be held responsible for any transactions they authorize and will be will not be liable for any damages resulting to you. Each Participant shall be responsible for procuring, and assuring that its Participant Users have or have access to, all equipment and software necessary for it to Transact Message Content. Each Participant shall ensure that all computers and electronic devices owned or leased by the Participant and its Participant Users to be used to Transact Message Content are properly configured, including, but not limited to, the base workstation operating system, web browser, and Internet connectivity.

Mobile phones and other Devices with internet capabilities are susceptible to viruses. You are responsible to ensure that your Device is protected from and free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other similar harmful components (collectively referred to as “viruses”) which could result in damage to programs, files, and/or your phone or could result in information being intercepted by a third party. Credit Union will not be responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages which may result from such viruses. Credit Union will also not be responsible if any non-public personal information is accessed via Mobile Banking due to any of the above named viruses residing or being contracted by your Device at any time or from any source.
Equipment and Software. If Customer purchases or leases a router/modem and filters for use with the Services through GTC (the “CPE”), Customer must provide all other equipment and devices needed to receive the Services and Customer is responsible for any compatibility issues that may occur. Any equipment other than the CPE (including any modem purchased by Customer from a third party) is not the responsibility of GTC, and GTC will not provide support for, nor provide maintenance or management of, such equipment and devices.
Equipment and Software. You understand that, at your sole cost and expense, you must use a compatible mobile device that meets all technical requirements for the proper delivery of the RDC Service. You are responsible for purchasing, leasing, installing, operating, and maintaining your mobile device as specified by Avadian. From time to time, we may impose mandatory hardware or software upgrades or other maintenance routines, and you agree to abide by such requirements at your expense.

For Licensee and any permitted users for whom Clearwire provides services pursuant to this Section 7, Clearwire shall make available any equipment, services or software, including upgrades, that Clearwire makes generally available to Clearwire's or its Affiliate's retail customers subscribing to the same tier of service in the market(s) where it is used over BRS or EBS facilities. In the event that any equipment upgrade involves replacement of equipment, the replaced equipment shall be returned to Clearwire or its designee and title to the replacement equipment shall transfer to Licensee or its designee.
