Equipment Schedule. 4.1.4.2.1. For all Services, Product covered under an End User’s Support Agreement is listed in the Equipment Schedule(s). 4.1.4.2.2. Integrator must provide thirty (30) days notice of requested addition(s) to the Equipment Schedule. In addition, thirty (30) days notice is required for Product relocations and service level/Product configuration changes, where applicable. For Product on the Equipment Schedule which End User has moved to a new location, Integrator will notify Cisco in writing (i.e., facsimile, electronic mail or using CCO). 4.1.4.2.3. The Equipment Schedule may be revised for new Product, service level upgrades and Product configuration changes by Integrator’s purchase order requesting such revisions and Cisco’s acceptance thereof (based on availability). For changes, Cisco will charge the pro-rated difference from when the change is requested to the end of the impacted Equipment Schedule’s term.

Equipment Schedule. Until the Equipment Reserve Release Date occurs, deliver to Agent a new Schedule 1.01(g) on each of the following dates, with each such Schedule 1.01(g) indicating all Equipment which is, as of such date, subject to an Equipment Utilization Agreement and the Orderly Liquidation Value thereof: (a) On each date on which a Borrowing Base Certificate is required to be delivered hereunder; and (b) On the date which is five (5) Business Days after entering into any surety bond agreement, bonded receivables agreement, equipment utilization agreement or similar agreement, contract, undertaking or instrument of guaranty pursuant to which any Person shall issue any Borrower surety bonds or other instruments of suretyship. Each Lender consents to the amendment from time to time of Schedule 1.01(g) in the manner described in this Section 5.18.

Equipment Schedule. An Equipment Schedule for each addition to the Equipment covered under this Agreement will be prepared as the subject Equipment is leased by Lessee from Lessor. The Equipment Schedule will provide the particulars with reference to the Identification and/or Description of the Equipment, a Delivery Date for the Equipment, the Equipment Value, Minimum Lease Term, Periodic Rental Rate and any other necessary specifics. All equipment delivered to Lessee or at Lessee’s direction and scheduled on an Equipment Schedule is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
