Equity Percentage. The aggregate ownership percentage of a Borrower or their respective Subsidiaries in each Unconsolidated Affiliate.
Equity Percentage. The aggregate ownership percentage of any Person or its Subsidiaries in each Unconsolidated Affiliate, which shall be calculated as the greater of (a) such Person’s direct or indirect nominal capital ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate as set forth in the Unconsolidated Affiliate’s organizational documents, and (b) such Person’s direct or indirect economic ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate reflecting such Person’s current allocable share of income and expenses of the Unconsolidated Affiliate.
Equity Percentage. The aggregate ownership percentage of REIT, the Borrower or their respective Subsidiaries in each Unconsolidated Affiliate or Subsidiary of Borrower that is not a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, which shall be calculated as the greater of (a) the REIT’s direct or indirect nominal capital ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate or such Subsidiary, as applicable, as set forth in the Unconsolidated Affiliate’s or such Subsidiary’s organizational documents, as applicable, and (b) the REIT’s direct or indirect economic ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate or Subsidiary of Borrower that is not a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, as applicable, reflecting the REIT’s current allocable share of income and expenses of the Unconsolidated Affiliate or such Subsidiary, as applicable.

The aggregate ownership percentage of REIT or its Subsidiaries in each Unconsolidated Affiliate or Subsidiary that is not a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, which shall be calculated as the greater of (a) such Person’s direct or indirect nominal capital ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate or Subsidiary that is not a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary as set forth in the Unconsolidated Affiliate’s or Subsidiaries’ organizational documents, and (b) such Person’s direct or indirect economic ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate or Subsidiary that is not a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary reflecting such Person’s current allocable share of income and expenses of the Unconsolidated Affiliate Subsidiary that is not a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary.

The aggregate ownership percentage of REIT or its Subsidiaries in each Unconsolidated Affiliate or Subsidiary that is not a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, which shall be calculated as the greater of (a) such Person’s direct or indirect nominal capital ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate or such Subsidiary as set forth in the Unconsolidated Affiliate’s or such Subsidiary’s organizational documents, and (b) such Person’s direct or indirect economic ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate or such Subsidiary reflecting such Person’s current allocable share of income and expenses of the Unconsolidated Affiliate or such Subsidiary.
Equity Percentage. For any Owner Participant, the fractional interest, expressed as a percentage, of such Owner Participant's interest in the Beneficial Interest, calculated by dividing the Commitment of such Owner Participant (or of such Owner Participant's predecessor in interest) paid on the Delivery Date by the aggregate of the Commitments paid by all of the Owner Participants on the Delivery Date. As to AmSouth Leasing, Ltd., such Equity Percentage shall be 50% and as to National City Leasing Corporation, such Equity Percentage shall be 50%.
Equity Percentage. The aggregate ownership percentage of the Borrower, CVOP I or CVOP II or their respective Subsidiaries, as applicable, in each Unconsolidated Affiliate or Subsidiary of Borrower, CVOP I or CVOP II, as applicable, that is not a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, which shall be calculated as the greater of (a) the Borrower’s, CVOP I’s or CVOP II’s, as applicable, direct or indirect nominal capital ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate or such Subsidiary, as applicable, as set forth in the Unconsolidated Affiliate’s or such Subsidiary’s organizational documents, as applicable, and (b) the Borrower’s, CVOP I’s or CVOP II’s, as applicable, direct or indirect economic ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate or Subsidiary of Borrower, CVOP I or CVOP II, as applicable, that is not a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, as applicable, reflecting the Borrower’s, CVOP I’s or CVOP II’s, as applicable, current allocable share of income and expenses of the Unconsolidated Affiliate or such Subsidiary, as applicable.
Equity Percentage. The aggregate ownership percentage of any Person or its Subsidiaries in each Unconsolidated Affiliate or each Approved JV, as applicable, which shall be calculated as the greater of (a) such Person’s direct or indirect nominal capital ownership interest in such Unconsolidated Affiliate or Approved JV, as applicable, as set forth in the organizational documents of such Unconsolidated Affiliate or Approved JV, as applicable, and (b) such Person’s direct or indirect economic ownership interest in such Unconsolidated Affiliate or Approved JV, as applicable, reflecting such Person’s current allocable share of income and expenses of such Unconsolidated Affiliate or Approved JV, as applicable.
Equity Percentage. The aggregate ownership percentage of REIT, the Borrower or their respective Subsidiaries in each Unconsolidated Affiliate, as reasonably approved by the Agent.
Equity Percentage. With respect to any Unconsolidated Affiliate, the pro rata share of the ownership interests held by the Consolidated Group, in the aggregate, in such Unconsolidated Affiliate, without duplication.
