ESCROW ESTABLISHED. Applicant, Board, and Township, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement hereby create an escrow to be established with the Chief Financial Officer of the Township of Shamong.
ESCROW ESTABLISHED. The Applicant, Board and Township, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement hereby create an escrow to be established with the Township of Clinton to be administered by the Chief Financial Officer.
ESCROW ESTABLISHED. In the event the escrow fund to be established is for an amount which is $5,000 or less, the APPLICANT and MMUA, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and Sections 6 and of the MMUA's Rules and Regulations, hereby agree to create and establish the escrow with the designated Financial Officer of the MMUA.

ESCROW ESTABLISHED. The Applicant and the Municipality, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, hereby create an Escrow Account to be established with the Financial Officer of the Town of Clinton.

ESCROW ESTABLISHED. The applicant hereby creates an escrow to be established within the Department of Community Development & Planning of the Township.
ESCROW ESTABLISHED a. Buyer shall deposit with Escrow Holder Six Million Six Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Seven (6,666,667) Shares of Common Stock concurrent with the execution of delivery of the Settlement Agreement, which Common Stock shall be held by the Escrow holder subject to the terms of this Escrow Agreement and the Settlement Agreement. Such shares of BDE Common Stock so deposited with Escrow Holder, are hereinafter referred to as the "BDE Escrow Amount."
b. Seller shall deposit with Escrow Holder all of the outstanding Membership Interests in Big Seven concurrent with the execution and delivery of the Settlement Agreement, which Membership Interests shall be held subject to the terms of this Escrow Agreement and the Settlement Agreement. Such Membership Interests so deposited with the Escrow Holder are hereinafter referred to as the "M. Toibb Escrow Amount."
c. The Escrow Holdxx xxxxxy acknowledges receipt of the BDE Escrow Amount deposited by Buyer and the M. Toibb Escrow Amount deposited by M. Toibb and agrees to hold axx xxxxver the same subject to txx xxxxx and conditions of this Escrow Agreement.
