Common use of Establishment of Collection Account; Deposit in Collection Account Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Collection Account; Deposit in Collection Account. No later than the Closing Date, the Trustee, for the benefit of the Certificateholders, will establish and maintain one or more Eligible Accounts as trust accounts with itself which shall not be interest-bearing, titled "EQCC Home Equity Loan Trust 1997-2 Collection Account" and bearing an additional designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Certificateholders. The Trustee shall, promptly upon receipt, deposit in the Collection Account and retain therein:
