Eurocurrency Rate. The Administrative Agent does not warrant, nor accept responsibility, nor shall the Administrative Agent have any liability with respect to the administration, submission or any other matter related to the rates in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate” or with respect to any comparable or successor rate thereto.
Eurocurrency Rate. For any Interest Period with respect to a Eurocurrency Rate Loan, the rate of interest equal to (a) the rate per annum (rounded upwards to the nearest 1/16 of one percent) at which the Agent's Eurocurrency Lending Office is offered Dollar deposits two (2) Eurocurrency Business Days prior to the beginning of such Interest Period in the interbank eurodollar market where the eurodollar and foreign currency and exchange operations of such Eurocurrency Lending Office are customarily conducted at or about 10:00 a.m., Boston time, for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period for the number of days comprised therein and in an amount comparable to the amount of the Eurocurrency Rate Loan to which such Interest Period applies, divided by (b) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Eurocurrency Reserve Rate, if applicable. Eurocurrency Rate Loans. Loans or any portion thereof bearing interest calculated by reference to the Eurocurrency Rate. Eurocurrency Reserve Rate. For any day with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Loan, the maximum rate (expressed as a decimal) at which any lender subject thereto would be required to maintain reserves under Regulation D of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor or similar regulations relating to such reserve requirements) against "Eurocurrency Liabilities" (as that term is used in Regulation D), if such liabilities were outstanding. The Eurocurrency Reserve Rate shall be adjusted automatically on and as of the effective date of any change in the Eurocurrency Reserve Rate. Event of Default. See (S)13 hereof.
Eurocurrency Rate. The reference to “; and” at the end of subclause (a)(i) of the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate” set forth in Section 1.01 of the Original Agreement is hereby amended to refer instead to “; and if the Eurodollar Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of this Agreement; and”.
Eurocurrency Rate. For any Interest Period with respect to a Eurocurrency Rate Loan, a rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: Eurocurrency Rate = Eurocurrency Base Rate
Eurocurrency Rate. The unpaid principal amount of each Eurocurrency Rate Loan shall bear interest at a rate per annum which shall be equal to the Eurocurrency Rate in effect for the applicable Interest Period for such Currency plus the Applicable Margin.
Eurocurrency Rate. For any Interest Period with respect to a Eurocurrency Rate Loan:
Eurocurrency Rate. For any Interest Period with respect to a Eurocurrency Rate Loan, the greater of (a) 2.50% and (b) a rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: Eurocurrency Rate = Eurocurrency Base Rate 1.00 — Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage Where, Eurocurrency Base Rate means, for such Interest Period, the rate per annum equal to the British Bankers Association LIBOR Rate (“BBA LIBOR”), as published by Reuters (or other commercially available source providing quotations of BBA LIBOR as designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two London Banking Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, for deposits in Dollars (for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period) with a term equivalent to such Interest Period. If such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the “Eurocurrency Base Rate” for such Interest Period shall be the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent to be the rate at which deposits in U.S. Dollars for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period in immediately available funds in the approximate amount of the Eurocurrency Rate Loan with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by Bank of America’s London branch (or other Bank of America branch or Affiliate) to major banks in the London or other offshore interbank market for U.S. Dollars at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two London Banking Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period. Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage means, for any day during any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal, carried out to five decimal places) in effect on such day, whether or not applicable to any Lender, under regulations issued from time to time by the FRB for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) with respect to Eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency liabilities”). The Eurocurrency Rate for each outstanding Eurocurrency Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage. Eurocurrency Rate Loans. Loans bearing interest calculated by reference to the Eurocurrency Rate.
Eurocurrency Rate. For any Interest Period with respect to a Eurocurrency Rate Loan, the rate per annum determined on the basis of the rate for deposits in Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period commencing on the first day of such Interest Period appearing on Reuters Page LIBOR01 at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that in the event that such rate does not appear on such Reuters Page (or otherwise on the Reuters screen), the “Eurodollar Ratefor purposes of this definition shall be determined by reference to such other comparable publicly available service for displaying eurodollar rates as may be reasonably selected by the Administrative Agent.
Eurocurrency Rate. With respect to any extension of credit hereunder for any Interest Period:
Eurocurrency Rate. With respect to any Loan (i) denominated in a LIBOR Quoted Currency, the rate per annum equal to the London Interbank Offered Rate (“LIBOR”) or a comparable or successor rate which rate is approved by the Agent, as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Agent from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) Business Days prior to the commencement of the applicable Interest Period, for deposits in the relevant currency (for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period) with a term equivalent to such Interest Period; and
