Evaluator Change from Focused to Comprehensive Evaluation. If an evaluator determines that a teacher on a focused evaluation cycle should be evaluated using a comprehensive evaluation for that school year, that evaluator shall notify the teacher of this decision as early as possible, but no later than November 30.
