Common use of Evasion of Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Evasion of Responsibilities. Employer agrees that it will not knowingly evade performance under or circumvent this Agreement, including by: ● Subletting or transferring responsibility hereunder to any third person (except as may be permitted under this Agreement); ● Transfer operations to any other place of origin or territory for the purpose of defeating or evading this Agreement; ● Use, lease, or authorize others to use Interactive Material for any purpose or in any manner other than as permitted by this Agreement; or ● Use the terms of this Agreement for the purpose of defeating or evading the terms and conditions of any other SAG-AFTRA Agreement.
