Event Scheduling. During each period from the second Wednesday of December through July 5 during each Lease Year (the “Landlord Event Period”), Landlord may designate not more than eight (8) Public Interest Events at the Coliseum Property, inclusive of an annual July 4th celebration (collectively, “Landlord Event(s)”). Additionally, Tenant agrees to consider in its reasonable discretion requests for additional Landlord Events during the remainder of the month of July; provided that the Landlord Events do not conflict with the conduct of or preparation for Events previously scheduled by Tenant. Landlord Events shall be subject to the following:
(a) Tenant shall have the right to deny a requested Landlord Event if (i) in Tenant’s commercially reasonable judgment the Landlord Event itself (as opposed to any public opposition to such Landlord Event) creates unreasonable security or safety risks; provided that any denial complies with applicable Laws; or (ii) the operator of the Landlord Event lacks reasonable financial capacity, or fails to sign Tenant’s commercially reasonable contracts for the conduct of Events, fails to post any reasonably required security deposit; or (iii) the operator has breached the requirements imposed on any previous Landlord Event involving such operator, or
Event Scheduling. Pre-planned overtime will be scheduled at the start of the Fall and Spring semester, per the following process for recurring events. This process may also be used for events after the start of the Fall or Spring Semester for events when the Department has been provided ample notice. Events will be prorated across the shift and a list of events will be provided to each shift supervisor. The shift supervisor will review the list of events with all employees assigned to the shift and will provide each employee with the opportunity to volunteer for one event in occupational seniority order, starting with the most senior employee on the shift. This process will be repeated until each employee has had an opportunity to select events and all events are covered. Employees are required to sign the event list when each event is selected and/or if the employee decides not to accept any of the events offered. In cases where all events are not filled after all employees on the shift have been provided the opportunity to select events, the supervisor may seek volunteers to fill any unfilled events, or may schedule employees into the open events as required.
Event Scheduling. (a) Subject to the terms of this Section 7, and compliance with the public benefit requirements of the District Leases, USC will have the exclusive right to manage and operate the Premises during the lease term for all purposes and events. During the period from the second Wednesday of December through July 5, the Commission may designate not more than eight (8) dates at the Coliseum for non-commercial public interest Events (that are not intended to generate revenue for the Commission or USC), including a July 4th celebration (together “Commission Event” or “Commission Events”). USC will consider in its reasonable discretion requests for additional Commission Events during the remainder of the month of July; provided that the Commission Events do not conflict with the conduct of or preparation for USC athletic Events, or any other Events scheduled in advance of the scheduling of any Commission Event. Neither the Commission nor the promoter of a Commission Event shall be charged any event fee, rental or other charge for the Commission Event, except for reimbursement to USC of the actual out-of- pocket costs incurred by USC for management of the Event, excluding costs for food, beverage or other concessions operated by USC in connection with the Event. To the extent that USC elects not to operate concessions at a level requested by a Commission Event promoter, then such promoter shall have the right to operate (and retain the revenues from) their own concessions, subject to USC’s reasonable approval of the scope and location of such concessions. In no event shall USC’s concession facilities be used by such promoter, unless approved in writing by USC in its sole discretion.
(b) Commission Events will be subject to reasonable limitations to be more fully negotiated in the Amended Lease, including the length of each Event, security, and other concerns. USC will manage and supervise all Commission Events. USC shall have the right to deny or place limitations or conditions on the conduct of a requested Commission Event if in USC’s commercially reasonable judgment the Commission Event itself (as opposed to any opposition to such Commission Event) creates unreasonable security risks, and such denial, limitations or conditions comply with the District Leases and applicable law.
(c) USC will cooperate with a request by the City, County or State for use of the Coliseum on a temporary basis (up to 4 years) by not more than one NFL team. USC will negotiate in good fait...

Event Scheduling. ASGA shall contract with facilities at its expense and provide Sponsor with complete tournament information, including but not limited to schedule of events, pre-event collateral, and pre-event media.
Event Scheduling. Attendee understands that the scheduled event or seminar, for which this ticket is purchased, including dates, location and curriculum may change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of The Company. Or due to reasons shown in above paragraph #4. The attendee agrees to hold harmless the Company, and its respective successors, assigns, personal representatives, officers, directors and employees, as a result of these changes, including, but not limited to, any conflicts, hardships, or otherwise, incurred by the attendee.
Event Scheduling. Consultant shall also act as the primary liaison between the convention center manager and Design-Builder to confirm scheduled events are accommodated and that the entire facility is open for required Art Basel dates.
Event Scheduling. Exhibitor shall not schedule any events for attendees that conflict with any of EASA’s official convention functions, including but not limited to the exhibition, general and education sessions, annual business meeting, and social events that are a part of EASA’s program.
Event Scheduling. For the purpose of avoiding conflict in the scheduling of Special Events (as defined in San Diego Municipal Code section 22.4003 of Citys Special Events Ordinance) in Balboa Park during the Celebration Period, and ensuring the accommodation of Celebration events, the 2015 Committee shall, in coordination with Citys Of ice of Special Events, determine the scheduling of Special Events during the Celebration Period. The 2015 Committee shall also have the ability to schedule, through Citys Of ice of Special Events, Special Events to be held on other City-owned property as part of the Celebration. City shall not schedule Special Events in Balboa Park during the Celebration Period without the approval of the 2015 Committee, and the 2015 Committee and City shall work together to ensure that Special Events and other events scheduled during the Celebration Period do not conflict with Celebration events or preparation for Celebration events and/or ensure that the events scheduled are part of the Celebration.
Event Scheduling. In the event that more than one client wishes to book SVS on the same day, preference will go to the first client to pay the deposit, sign the contract and deliver it. If the event date should be rescheduled, SVS will accommodate the new date as long as it does not conflict with another scheduled event; if date is booked, any and all payments made will not be refunded. Client MUST notify Xxxxxxx Video Services of any changes at the event not specified in this agreement prior to the wedding rehearsal. You may notify SVS of any changes by calling 000.000.0000 or sending a message at any time prior to rehearsal. If SVS is not notified by the rehearsal date, we are not responsible for accommodating any changes. Wedding guests/attendants are allowed to use their own video cameras as long as they do not interfere or get in the way of Xxxxxxx Video Services coverage. Please notify guests to not have their flash on while recording. All video coverage taken at your event will remain the sole property of SVS and should not be copied or reproduced in any manner without written consent by Xxxx Xxxxxxx of Xxxxxxx Video Services. Signing this contract agreement also gives your permission to SVS to use the video taken for unlimited advertisement purposes (eg. for our website, social media, Facebook, ect). The RAW video that SVS films is the sole property of Xxxxxxx Video Services and will not be available to the client. All video on the USB(s) is copyright protected, please request additional USBs for family members who’d like a copy for themselves.
