EVIDENCE OF PROOF. Each Chargor shall promptly deliver to the Security Trustee any receipts, certificates or other proof evidencing the amounts (if any) paid or payable in respect of any deduction or withholding as aforesaid. Any certificate or determination of the Security Trustee showing in reasonable details the calculations made by the Security Trustee as to any amount for the purposes of this Clause 13 shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on each Chargor.

EVIDENCE OF PROOF. Where a party has presented a coherent case and has identified an item of evidence relevant to the substantiation of its claim and which lies in the control of the opposing party, the court may order that this evidence be produced by the opposing party, subject to conditions which ensure the protection of confidential information.
EVIDENCE OF PROOF. The Borrower and Subordinated Lender shall promptly deliver to the Security Agent any receipts, certificates or other proof evidencing the amounts (if any) paid or payable in respect of any deduction or withholding as aforesaid.
