EVIDENCE OF PROOF. The Chargor shall promptly deliver to the Security Trustee any receipts, certificates or other proof evidencing the amounts (if any) paid or payable in respect of any deduction or withholding as aforesaid. Any certificate or determination of the Security Trustee showing in reasonable details the calculations made by the Security Trustee as to any amount for the purposes of this Clause 13 shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on each Chargor.

Where a party has presented a coherent case and has identified an item of evidence relevant to the substantiation of its claim and which lies in the control of the opposing party, the court may order that this evidence be produced by the opposing party, subject to conditions which ensure the protection of confidential information.
EVIDENCE OF PROOF. Each Security Party shall promptly deliver to the Facility Agent any receipts, certificates or other proof evidencing the amounts (if any) paid or payable in respect of any deduction or withholding as aforesaid.

The judicial authorities shall have the authority, where a party has presented reasonably available evidence sufficient to support its claims and has specified evidence relevant to substantiation of its claims which lies in the control of the opposing party, to order that this evidence be produced by the opposing party, subject in appropriate cases to conditions which ensure the protection of confidential information.
