Examination of Documents. Execution of this Contract by each party shall constitute the representation by each such party that it has examined the contents of all the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, XXXX General Conditions of the Contract, that it has read and understands the same, and specifically agrees to be bound thereby.
Examination of Documents. At the request of the Insurer, the officers of the Insured shall submit to examination under oath and shall produce for examination at such reasonable time and place as designated by the Insurer all documents in the Insured’s possession or control, whether stored physically, electronically or otherwise, which relate to any matter arising under or relating to the Policy and shall permit extracts and copies thereof to be made available without charge to the Insurer. The Insured shall take all reasonable steps to obtain for the Insurer any documents in the possession or control of a third party.
Examination of Documents. Copies of the Plan and any amendments thereto are on file at the office of the Employer where they may be examined by any Participant or other person entitled to benefits under the Plan during normal business hours.

Examination of Documents. Each bidder should thoroughly examine, and be familiar with, the specifications and any SoW attached to this IFB. The failure or omission of a bidder to receive or examine any addendum, bid sheet, blue print, document, drawing, form, instrument, plan, specification, statement of work, or any other document shall not relieve that bidder from any performance obligation contained in this IFB.
Examination of Documents. The Agent shall examine any Utilisation Request or any other document provided to it in connection with any Italian Support Document in accordance with the UCP (except that no time limit for presentation of documents shall apply) and, accordingly, the Borrower agrees that the sole responsibility of the Agent for the examination of any Utilisation Request or any other document provided to it in connection with any Italian Support Document, shall be limited to determining that any such document appears on its face to constitute a complying presentation in accordance with the UCP, taking into account the requirements of this Agreement, the Italian Support Documents and/or the UCP, as applicable. The Agent shall not otherwise be obliged to enquire as to, or be responsible for, the validity and genuineness of any such Utilisation Request or any other document provided to it in connection with any Italian Support Document or of any signatures thereon or any of the statements set out therein and shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy of any such statements.
Examination of Documents. All original documents and other information relating to its affairs will be made available, and copies of any such documents will be furnished, upon request to the other party and its counsel. Included among the documents to be made available are all articles of incorporation and amendments, bylaws and amendments, minutes of all incorporators, directors and shareholders meetings or consent minutes with respect to actions taken by incorporators, directors, or shareholders, all financial statements, tax returns, and all material contracts, leases, and agreements to which it is a party or an intended beneficiary.
Examination of Documents. Each proposer shall be satisfied, by personal examination of the location of the contemplated services and by any other means, as to the requirements of the contemplated services to enable the intelligent preparation of this proposal. The proposer shall be familiar with all RFP Documents before submitting the proposals in order that no misunderstanding shall exist in regard to the nature and character of the contemplated services to be performed. No allowance will be made for any claim that the proposal is based on incomplete information as to the nature and character of the area or contemplated service.
Examination of Documents. (a) The COFACE Agent’s role in examining the documents set out in Schedule 11 (Payment Terms) shall be limited to verifying that such documents appear on their face to be what is indicated in such Schedule 11 (Payment Terms) and the COFACE Agent shall bear no other responsibility in connection thereof. Such role shall be construed in accordance with the terms of Article 14 of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits of the International Chamber of Commerce 2007 Revision (Publication 600).
(b) The COFACE Agent and the Lenders shall not be responsible for any delay in making available any Loans resulting from any requirement for the delivery of further information or documents required by the COFACE Agent to confirm the relevant conditions precedent in this Agreement have been met.
