Common use of Excavation Clause in Contracts

Excavation. No excavation shall be made on, and no sand, gravel or soil shall be removed from, any Site, except in connection with the construction of Improvements, and upon completion thereof, exposed openings shall be backfilled, and disturbed ground shall be graded, leveled and paved or landscaped.

No excavation shall be made on, and no sand, gravel gravel, soil, or soil other material shall be removed from, any Sitelot, except in connection with the construction of Improvements, and upon structures. Upon completion thereofof such construction, exposed openings shall be backfilledbackfilled to grade, and disturbed ground shall be graded, leveled graded level and paved or landscapedlandscaped in conformity with the requirements of this Declaration.
