Excess Data Storage Fees. The maximum disk storage space provided to you at no additional charge is (i) 5 MB per User license for Salesforce Personal Edition, (ii) 1 GB per 5-User license package for Group Edition Featuring Google AdWords, or (iii) the greater of 1 GB or an aggregate of 20 MB per User license, for Professional and Enterprise Edition. If the amount of disk storage required exceeds these limits, you will be charged the then-current storage fees. Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx will use reasonable efforts to notify you when the average storage used per license reaches approximately 90% of the maximum; however, any failure by xxxxxxxxxx.xxx to so notify you shall not affect your responsibility for such additional storage charges. Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data.
Excess Data Storage Fees. The maximum disk storage space provided to you without additional charge is 50 GB per month per data source under the Basic Plan and 750 GB per month under the Advanced Plan. Storage is measured in the aggregate across all Users. If your aggregate amount of storage exceeds these limits, you will be charged $50 per month for an additional 25 GB of storage. Please note that additional storage can only be purchased in 25GB bundles.

Unless otherwise stated in an applicable Order Form, the maximum disk storage space provided to you without additional charge is 2 GB per User for Hosted Service subscriptions. If your usage exceeds these storage limits, you will be charged $5 per month for each additional 1 GB of Customer Data stored.

Sage will use reasonable efforts to notify the Customer when the average storage used per license reaches approximately 90% of the maximum; however, any failure by Sage to so notify the Customer shall not affect the Customer’s responsibility for such additional storage charges. Sage reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data.
Excess Data Storage Fees. You are limited in the amount of disk storage space you may utilize. Unless agreed to otherwise through an executed amendment to this section, you/your application may utilize no greater than 20 MB per User license. If storage you require exceeds the limit, you will be charged an additional storage fee at the then-current rate based on your requirement. IVINEX attempt to notify you telephonically when your aggregate storage used per license level reaches approximately 95% of the maximum for that license level, however, any failure by IVINEX or its representative(s) to notify you will not affect your responsibility for such additional storage charges on a prospective basis. IVINEX reserves the right to modify its general practices and limits relating to storage.
Excess Data Storage Fees. EBIX shall provide each of CUSTOMER’s Users with maximum disk storage space 50 MB at no additional charge. If the amount of disk storage space required exceeds this limit, CUSTOMER will be charged the then-current storage fees (currently $3.00 per month per Gigabyte). EBIX shall use reasonable efforts to notify CUSTOMER when the average storage space used by each User is approximately 90% of the maximum. If EBIX should fail to notify CUSTOMER, this would not affect CUSTOMER’s responsibility to pay excess data storage fees.

OEM only Customers will be provided with a maximum data (not file) storage space, which is the greater of 1 GB or an aggregate of 20 MB per User license at no additional charge to enable ADvendio. If the amount of disk storage required exceeds these limits, ISV Customers will be charged the then-current storage fees through Salesforce, and OEM only Customers will be charged through ADvendio accordingly. ADvendio will use reasonable efforts to notify Customer when the average storage used per license reaches approximately 90% of the maximum; however, any failure by ADvendio to so notify Customer shall not affect Customer’s responsibility for such additional storage charges. ADvendio reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data.
Excess Data Storage Fees. The Excess Data Storage Fee charged shall amount to the unit price (as stated in Table 1 below) of the disk space (in the quantity of 50GB per unit) where total data storage exceeds the total purchased by the Customer. During the Term Asis shall provide support services in accordance with the Service Levels. As part of the Services, Asis shall: during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (GMT) Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) (Support Hours) provide help desk support by means of the following telephone number 00000 000000 and e-mail address xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx; use commercially best efforts to correct all issues notified to it via the help desk support service; and provide technical support for the Services in accordance with the Service Levels.
