Excess Data Storage Fees. The maximum disk storage space provided to you without additional charge is 50 GB per month per data source under the Basic Plan and 750 GB per month under the Advanced Plan. Storage is measured in the aggregate across all Users. If your aggregate amount of storage exceeds these limits, you will be charged $50 per month for an additional 25 GB of storage. Please note that additional storage can only be purchased in 25GB bundles.

Excess Data Storage Fees. VIDIZMO Service includes the ability for a customer to upload content. If the amount of disk storage for content uploaded by the Customer on VIDIZMO exceeds the limits set forth by the Subscription Plan purchased by the Customer, the Customer will be charged an excess data storage fee at the overages rates set forth on the applicable order form based on the difference of disk storage amount consumed by Customer and the disk storage amount allowed in the purchased package. VIDIZMO reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data, provided no decrease in storage limits are allowed during the Subscription Plan’s then-current term.

The maximum file storage space provided to the Customer at no additional charge is 2 GB per User license. If the amount of data storage or file storage required exceeds these limits, the Customer will be charged storage fees at Fairsail’s then current list price. Fairsail will use reasonable efforts to notify the Customer when the average storage used per license reaches approximately 90% of the maximum; however, any failure by Fairsail to so notify the Customer shall not affect the Customer’s responsibility for such additional storage charges. Fairsail reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data.

Unless agreed to otherwise through an executed amendment to this section, you/your application may utilize no greater than 20 MB per User license. If storage you require exceeds the limit, you will be charged an additional storage fee at the then-current rate based on your requirement. IVINEX attempt to notify you telephonically when your aggregate storage used per license level reaches approximately 95% of the maximum for that license level, however, any failure by IVINEX or its representative(s) to notify you will not affect your responsibility for such additional storage charges on a prospective basis. IVINEX reserves the right to modify its general practices and limits relating to storage.

Customer’s usage in excess of these storage limits may result in additional charges.

Sage reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data.

If the amount of disk storage required exceeds these limits, you will be charged the then-current storage fees. SIGNERA will use reasonable efforts to notify you when the average storage used per User license reaches approximately 90% of the maximum; however, any failure by SIGNERA to so notify you shall not affect your responsibility for such additional storage charges. SIGNERA reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data.

Excess Data Storage Fees. EBIX shall provide each of CUSTOMER’s Users with maximum disk storage space 50 MB at no additional charge. If the amount of disk storage space required exceeds this limit, CUSTOMER will be charged the then-current storage fees (currently $3.00 per month per Gigabyte). EBIX shall use reasonable efforts to notify CUSTOMER when the average storage space used by each User is approximately 90% of the maximum. If EBIX should fail to notify CUSTOMER, this would not affect CUSTOMER’s responsibility to pay excess data storage fees.
