Common use of Excess Time Clause in Contracts

Excess Time. If the Judicial Branch Entity exceeds thestandard waittime as described in Appendix A, Goods and Services, section 3.D(1), Contractor will only invoice an additional charge of $5.00 per minute for the additional timeover the standard wait time.
