EXCHANGE PROGRAMME. 1. Exchange students shall pursue an academic programme created in consultation with the student’s Home University. The Host University will permit the exchange students to enrol with a normal course load and in all courses for which they meet the Host University’s academic and language proficiency requirements. It is understood that quota restrictions and scheduling constraints may apply to all exchange students.
2. Both parties shall present on their websites the courses to be taught in English or Chinese.
3. A normal course load at Chaoyang University of Technology consists of 25 credits per semester. Each course at Chaoyang University of Technology is worth 2 or 3 credits, which is the equivalent of 36 or 54 hours of work in class. A normal course load at Masaryk University consists of 30 ECTS credits per semester; one ECTS is the equivalent of 25 hours of work.
4. Credits received during the exchange may be transferred to the Home University in accordance with the appropriate regulations of the Home University.
5. The Host University will provide the Home University with an official transcript for each exchange student upon completion of the exchange.

EXCHANGE PROGRAMME. 1. Exchange students from DU to Masaryk University shall pursue an academic programme developed in consultation with DU. Masaryk University will permit the exchange students to enrol with a normal course load and in all courses for which they meet Masaryk University’s academic and language proficiency requirements. It is understood that quota restrictions and scheduling constraints may apply to all exchange students.
2. Exchange students from Masaryk University to DU will join the Center for Global Education and Japanese Studies, and they will choose either Global Education Module (GEM) or Japanese Language and Culture Module (Nichibun) at DU. After submission of the application materials to DU, request to change the selection of GEM or Nichibun will not be accepted. Students who wish to study Japanese culture, society and nature in English will take GEM. Those for whom English is not a first language will be expected to have sufficient English proficiency. Students who wish to study Japanese language and culture in Japanese are expected to have a minimum of one year’s study of Japanese at the college level to take Nichibun

3. International students in Japan are required to take 10 hours (600 minutes) or more of periods/classes per week to maintain student visa status. Soka University class period is 90 minutes each. Therefore, students are required to take 7 or more classes per week in a semester (630 minutes). Each course at Soka University is usually worth MINIMUM 2 credits (except for language classes, which is worth 1 credit). Each course at Soka University is worth 2 credits.

3. Most courses at The University of Mississippi are 3 credit hours each, but can be between 1 and 4 credit hours. To be considered a full time student at The University of Mississippi, students must enrol in a minimum of 12 credit hours (usually 4 classes) and a maximum of 19 credit hours (usually 6 classes). A normal course load at Masaryk University consists of 30 ECTS credits per semester; one ECTS is the equivalent of 25 hours of work.

EXCHANGE PROGRAMME. Members will have access to the Exchange Programme. A Member may make a Reservation of available Network Accommodation or Owner’s Accommodation upon redemption of Points set forth in Exchange Programme grids published by the Network Administrator. Points are deducted at the time the Reservation is made. The standard terms and conditions of the Exchange Programme, in addition to these Club Rules, apply to an Exchange Reservation. If there is a conflict between these Club Rules and the terms and conditions of the Exchange Programme, these Club Rules shall take precedence.
EXCHANGE PROGRAMME. 3.1 Subject to the requirements of this Agreement, beginning in the academic year [2014/15], LU and Partner University agree to exchange students each academic year. Partner University and LU will agree on the number of Exchange Students to be exchanged in any one academic year up to a maximum of [insert number] semester places each year.
3.2 The parties will inform each other of the names of candidates planning to begin their studies in the following semester by 31 March for October start and 30 September for January start each year
3.3 Where there are unequal numbers of Exchange Students at either university during any one academic year, the number of Exchange Students at each university shall be adjusted to achieve overall parity in the following year(s), aiming to balance numbers over three years. In the event of the termination of this Agreement, the parties will attempt to adjust any imbalance in numbers at the end of the agreement term by having the university that has sent the greater number of Exchange Students providing sufficient exchange placements in any remaining semester(s) to remedy, as much as is practicable, the imbalance in numbers of Exchange Students exchanged.
3.4 The obligations of the two institutions under this agreement are limited to exchange students only and do not extend to spouses and dependents.
