EXCLUSION OF CONSUMER DEBT. The Obligations and performance secured hereby shall not include any indebtedness of the Borrower incurred for personal, family or household purposes except to the extent any disclosure required under any consumer protection law (including but not limited to the Truth in Lending Act) or any regulation thereto, as now existing or hereafter amended, is or has been given.
