Exclusion of representations. The Tenant acknowledges that this Lease has not been entered in reliance wholly or partly upon any statement or representation made by or on behalf of the Landlord save insofar as any such statement or representation is expressly set out in this Lease or has been made in writing by the Landlord’s solicitors to the Tenant’s solicitors before the date of entry into this Lease.

Except for the PGW Warranties and the Agria Warranties, as applicable (subject to the limitations in this clause), all express or implied or other representations or warranties of each party, in relation to the transactions evidenced by this agreement, are hereby expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
