Exclusion of representations. 35.1 The Tenant acknowledges that in entering into this lease it has not relied on, nor shall have any remedy in respect of, any statement or representation made by or on behalf of the Landlord.
35.2 Nothing in this lease constitutes or shall constitute a representation or warranty that the Property or the Common Parts may lawfully be used for any purpose allowed by this lease.
35.3 Nothing in this clause shall, however, operate to limit or exclude any liability for fraud.
Exclusion of representations. The Tenant acknowledges that this Lease has not been entered in reliance wholly or partly upon any statement or representation made by or on behalf of the Landlord save insofar as any such statement or representation is expressly set out in this Lease or has been made in writing by the Landlord’s solicitors to the Tenant’s solicitors before the date of entry into this Lease.
Exclusion of representations. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior and other discussions, representations, arrangements and agreements relating to the Job and any part thereof and is the entire agreement for the Job.
Exclusion of representations. Customer acknowledges that, in entering into the Contract, either it did not rely on any representations (whether written or oral) of any kind or of any person other than those expressly set out in the Contract or (if it did rely on any representations, whether written or oral, not expressly set out in the Contract) that it shall have no remedy in respect of such representations and (in either case) Keyloop shall have no liability otherwise than under the express terms of the Contract.
Exclusion of representations. 21.1 To the full extent permitted by law, we are not responsible to You for any representation, warranty or other statement made by any person, whether an agent or otherwise, to You regarding the Goods.
21.2 To the full extent permitted by law, we are not responsible to You for any representation, warranty or statement as to the suitability of the Goods for Your purposes.
21.3 You acknowledge that no person or corporation, whether an agent or otherwise of ours, is authorised by Us:
(a) To make any representation or warranties in respect of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; or
(b) To vary or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement in any manner or form.
21.4 You agree that You have not relied on any information that We may have given You about the effect of the transaction under this Agreement on your accounting, taxation or legal position or its treatment for accounting, taxation or legal purposes (including under any applicable accounting standards). You must seek Your own accounting and taxation advice as to the correct treatment of the transaction contemplated under this Agreement.
Exclusion of representations. Neither the Club nor its agent provide any warranty and make no representations as to the sufficiency, safety or adequacy of the Facilities or any of the services provided by the Club for use at the Marina and no such warranty or representations are to be implied from anything said or written in the negotiations between the parties or their representatives prior to entering into this Agreement.The Customer acknowledges that he uses the same in their condition, state of repair and adequacy from time to time and at his own risk in every respect.
Exclusion of representations. As a Registered Bidder making a Bid or submitting a Tender in accordance with this Agreement, You do so on the basis that:
5.2.1 No member of Manheim Group makes any representation concerning the Online Sales System; and
5.2.2 You do not rely on:
(a) any representation, letter, document or arrangement whether oral or in writing; or
(b) any other conduct, as adding to or amending this Agreement.
Exclusion of representations. As a Registered Bidder making a Bid or submitting a Tender in accordance with this Agreement, You do so on the basis that:
5.5.1 No member of Classic Car Auctions makes any representation concerning the Online Sales System; and
5.5.2 You do not rely on:
(a) any representation, letter, document or arrangement whether oral or in writing; or
(b) any other conduct, as adding to or amending this Agreement.
Exclusion of representations. Except for the PGW Warranties and the Agria Warranties, as applicable (subject to the limitations in this clause), all express or implied or other representations or warranties of each party, in relation to the transactions evidenced by this agreement, are hereby expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Exclusion of representations. The Tenant acknowledges that it has not entered into this Lease in reliance upon any representation, warranty or statement (whether written, oral or implied) made by or on behalf of the Landlord other than such of the Landlord's solicitors' written replies to the Tenant's solicitors' enquiries as are not capable of verification by making all appropriate searches and enquiries of third parties, including (but not limited to) any local or other public or competent authority or statutory body, or by inspection or survey, whether or not such searches, enquiries, inspection or survey have in fact been made.
