Exclusive Agreement. This is the entire Agreement between Contractor and Client.
Exclusive Agreement. Executive represents and warrants to the Company that there are no agreements or arrangements, whether written or oral, in effect which would prevent Executive from rendering his exclusive services to the Company during the Term.

The terms of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, will prevail over any subsequent oral communications between you and the Company.
Exclusive Agreement. This Agreement and the other documents delivered by the parties in connection herewith contains the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the transactions and purpose contemplated hereby and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties with respect thereto.
Exclusive Agreement. The Employee represents and warrants to the Company that he is not a party to any agreement or arrangement, whether written or oral, in effect which would prevent the Employee from rendering service to the Company during the Term.
