Exclusive Manufacturer. During the Term of this Agreement, SM shall be the exclusive manufacturer of the NTC Products set forth in Schedule 1.9, as may be amended from time-to-time to add any New NTC Products, subject to the terms and conditions of Section 8.
Exclusive Manufacturer. Both parties expressly agree that Licensor shall be the exclusive and only manufacturer of the licensed products to be marketed and distributed by licensee in the specified territory described and defined in Exhibit 1 as attached to this document.

It being understood by the parties that PAK-MAIL makes available to its franchisees, a package consisting of the integral components of the business method that is being franchised and each of said components is an essential ingredient of the franchised systems formula for success, part of this package is mail boxes. PAK-MAIL agrees not to purchase, lease or borrow any mail boxes for its operations or operations of its franchisees from any party other than SECURITY even though PAK-MAIL has no authority to force its franchisees to buy from SECURITY. PAK-MAIL will not allow any other manufacturer to distribute literature or display at any meetings or conventions any mail boxes other than SECURITY'S and PAK-MAIL will not refer or recommend any other manufacturer. PAK-MAIL will do its best to persuade all franchisees to keep the PAK-MAIL "look" in the stores. SECURITY shall not be restricted as to its rights to sell, rent, or lease mail boxes to other parties.
Exclusive Manufacturer. During the term of this Agreement, MedTrak agrees not to distribute or sell any VNG products other than those manufactured by AcuNetx.
Exclusive Manufacturer. 2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Cyberlux hereby agrees that SCCS shall be the exclusive assembler of the Storm Light for Cyberlux.
2.2 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Cyberlux hereby agrees that SCCS shall be the exclusive agent for acquiring inventory for Storm Light replacement parts for the purpose of resale as replacement parts or for any other purposes. SCCS agrees to acquire and maintain such inventory of replacement parts as is reasonably directed by Cyberlux.
2.3 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Cyberlux grants to SCCS the right and license to make or have made, but only for sale to Cyberlux or a designee of Cyberlux, the subject matter of any U.S. or foreign patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, or designs, whether or not registered, which Cyberlux has obtained or may obtain relating to the Storm Light. These rights do not include the transfer or ownership of any patent, copyright, trademarks, trade name, design or registration for the Storm Light.
2.4 The rights granted in Paragraph 2.3 above include the right to use lawfully, but only in connection with the Storm Light and for the benefit of Cyberlux, Cyberlux know-how and expertise relating to the Storm Light, as well as drawings, supporting data, market analyses, product specifications, tooling, software and other technical, manufacturing, and commercial information relating to the Storm Light. SCCS shall keep such know-how, expertise, and information confidential as set forth herein below.
Exclusive Manufacturer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Pharmacia and its Sublicensees under Section 2.2 of this Agreement shall be the exclusive manufacturer(s) of commercial batches of the Product in the Territory after the Effective Date. In addition, if Pharmacia requests Connetics to provide clinical supplies of the Product, then Pharmacia shall reimburse Connetics for Connetics' costs to manufacture and supply the Product to Pharmacia for use in clinical trials.
Exclusive Manufacturer. For as long as the Agreement remains in force, ARx shall be the majority supplier of Product in the Territory, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing. For the purpose of this Agreement, Majority Supply shall be defined as providing not less than [*****] percent ([*****]%) of commercial supply of the Product in the Territory (“Majority Supply”).]
Exclusive Manufacturer. The Buyer agrees that it will engage Aloe Commodities International, Inc. ("ACI") as the exclusive manufacturer of Body Balance, Aloe Magic, Non Surgical Face-Lift, Youth Serum, and Mineral Magic (collectively, the "Products"), subject to the following terms and conditions:
3.3.1. The Buyer shall not have any obligation to engage ACI as the exclusive manufacturer if the prices of manufacturing which ACI charges for manufacture of the Products are higher than those at which other manufacturers can competently manufacture the Products.
3.3.2. The Buyer shall not have any obligation to engage ACI as the exclusive manufacturer if ACI is unable to manufacture the Products in a timely manner, as determined by the Buyer's needs.
