Exclusive Space. The Subleased Premises shall include Explore’s exclusive use of the following: two (2) classrooms in Building 1(A), also known as 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx; eight (8) classrooms in Building 4(B), also known as 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx; and six (6) classrooms in Building 10(C), also known as 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx.
Exclusive Space. This permit is not transferable or assignable. Lessee shall not assign any interest of the tenancy hereunder or sublet, license or permit any other party or parties to occupy any portion of the assigned rented space. Lessee’s aircraft must be registered or leased in Lessee’s name. In the event there is any change in the ownership of the listed aircraft, ownership of the entity that owns the listed aircraft, sale, assignment, or other modification to the aircraft ownership, then this rental agreement will not be renewed at the anniversary date, subject to the following exception:
a. If the listed aircraft is replaced with a different aircraft, and no other changes occur in the aircraft ownership composition, then such a change will not be considered to have violated this term. The purpose of this term is to preclude the use and occupancy of the aircraft hangar by someone who has not waited for his/her turn on the hangar or tie-down waiting list to the detriment of those who have waited.
b. If the listed aircraft ownership change is the direct result of the death or disability of the individual owner, the rental agreement may be renewed for up to one additional year to allow for the orderly disposition of the aircraft by the owner’s successors in interest.
c. In the event an aircraft is co-owned by more than one person, or the entity owner is comprised of more than one member, partner or shareholder, then any transfer of more than one-third of the respective ownership interest shall be considered to be a transfer of the whole and the rental agreement will not be renewed. Transfers of one-third or less of the respective ownership interest in the aircraft shall not be considered to be a transfer of the whole aircraft. At least two-thirds of the owners on the lease at the beginning of the lease term must be owners at the end of the lease term in order to be eligible to renew the lease.
Exclusive Space. Exclusive Space is space leased by Tenant for its exclusive use. Tenant is solely responsible for payment of rent on Exclusive Space. Tenant’s Exclusive Space is described as follows:
Exclusive Space. The Exclusive Space leased to the Airline is shown on Exhibits B and C.
Exclusive Space. The Church hereby agrees that the Occupant shall have Exclusive Use of that portion of the Premises described in Schedule A, annexed hereto, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the hours am to pm, Monday through Friday of each week.
Exclusive Space. Exclusive Space is space leased by Tenant for its exclusive use. Tenant is solely responsible for payment of rent on Exclusive Space. Tenant’s Exclusive Space is described as follows:
i. square feet of garage space on Level(s) 1, 2, 4 of the Rental Car Facility, of which (“Administrative Space”), and square feet shall be for administrative purposes square feet shall be for customer service counter space (“Counter Space”) as described on Exhibit A. These numbers represent full occupancy expected to occur on the Full Rent Commencement Date (as defined in Section 4.1).
ii. square feet of Quick Turn Around (“QTA”) space.
iii. square feet of garage space on Level 5.
iv. square feet of surface space.

Exclusive Space. Exclusive Space is space leased by Tenant for its exclusive use. Tenant is solely responsible for payment of rent on Exclusive Space. Tenant’s Exclusive Space is described as follows:
i. square feet of garage space on Level(s) 1 through 4 of the Rental Car Facility, of which (“Administrative Space”), and square feet shall be for administrative purposes square feet shall be for customer service counter space (“Counter Space”) as described on Exhibit A.
ii. square feet of QTA space.
iii. square feet of garage space on Level 5.
iv. square feet of surface space.
Exclusive Space. SBCAG shall have exclusive use of 4,398 square feet of commercial office space, as shown on Exhibit B.
Exclusive Space. Exclusive Space is space leased by Tenant for its exclusive use. Tenant is solely responsible for payment of rent on Exclusive Space. Exclusive Space includes the following space designations:
(i) Quick Turn-Around Space (“QTA”) (which includes the QTA stacking and staging area and the QTA fuel/wash canopy area);
(ii) Ready/Return Space;
(iii) Counter Space (which includes back office space);
(iv) Administrative Space; and
(v) Fifth & First Floor Vehicle Storage Space.
