Exclusivity of Bargaining Unit Work. Duties normally performed by employees within the bargaining unit will not be assigned to or be performed by non-bargaining unit employees except to overcome immediate, short term cases of absenteeism, emergencies, training and peak rental periods when bargaining unit employees capable of performing the work are not available.
Exclusivity of Bargaining Unit Work. The Parties recognize that some amount of bargaining unit work has been done by non- bargaining unit employees. The Parties agree that such a practice shall continue, however, there shall be no expansion of this historical level unless otherwise allowed by this Agreement. Managers or other employees outside the bargaining unit shall not perform the duties normally, customarily, or properly performed by employees within the bargaining unit, except in cases of emergency, when bargaining unit members who can perform the required work are not available or when managers or other persons outside the bargaining unit are training employees in the bargaining unit. Normal work customarily performed by management shall be excluded.
Exclusivity of Bargaining Unit Work. Only Regular Employees and/or Part-Time Employees will be hired or used by the Employer to perform work coming within the scope of this Agreement.
