Exculpation of MPF Provider. Neither the MPF Provider nor any of its shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable to the Pittsburgh Bank for any obligation, undertaking, act or judgment of any Borrower, any guarantor or any other person liable on a Mortgage Loan, or be bound to ascertain or inquire as to the performance or observance of any provision of any Mortgage Loan or any of the Mortgage Loan Documents.
