Exculpations. The Parties agree that their respective exculpation rights and obligations relating to their engagement in the MPF Program, including as a Lead Bank, a Participant Bank, an Assisting Bank, an Owner Bank or the MPF Provider, shall be as specified in the FHLB Guide.
