Execution of MRA. This MRA may be signed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together will constitute the same agreement. Both parties agree that the receipt of a facsimile signature in the space provided below will represent final execution and acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in the MRA. Any copy of this MRA made by reliable means (e.g. photocopy or facsimile) shall be considered an original.
