Common use of Execution of Purchases and Sales of Mutual Funds Clause in Contracts

Execution of Purchases and Sales of Mutual Funds. Purchases and sales of Mutual Funds (other than for exchanges) shall be made on the date on which the Trustee receives from the Administrator In Good Order all information, documentation and wire transfer of funds (if applicable), necessary to accurately effect such transactions. Exchanges of Mutual Funds pursuant to Participant request shall be processed in accordance with the fund exchange provisions set forth in the Plan Administration Manual.
