Executive Outplacement Clause Samples

Executive Outplacement. The Company will pay for and provide to the Executive outplacement services with an outplacement firm of Executive’s choosing, provided that the Company shall not be responsible to pay for such services to the extent such services (i) exceed $12,000 or (ii) are provided more than one year following the Termination Date (and that any direct payments or reimbursements for such services are paid not later than the end of the third year following the year that includes the Termination Date).
Executive Outplacement. In the event of any termination other than for Cause or for Executive’s resignation without Good Reason, the Company hereby agrees to pay, or at its expense, provide Executive with executive outplacement services with a mutually agreeable outplacement provider for up to one (1) year. These benefits shall not be provided to Executive in the event of Executive’s resignation without Good Reason.
Executive Outplacement. Executive will be provided with executive outplacement assistance through a provider of his choice, at a cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000). No cash payment in lieu of outplacement services will be provided in the event Executive declines such services. All services must be completed by the end of the second calendar year following the Termination Date and reimbursement must be provided no later than the third calendar year following that date.
Executive Outplacement. Western Digital shall pay for M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to receive outplacement services provided by a vendor chosen by Western Digital for a period of up to twelve (12) months following the Separation Date, subject to a maximum cost to Western Digital of $15,000.
Executive Outplacement. As part of its separation benefits to Employee, CVS will provide Employee with outplacement assistance as set forth on Exhibit A.
Executive Outplacement. As part of the consideration for your obligations under this Agreement, you are also eligible for executive outplacement assistance through Right Management Consultants, of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, as described in Exhibit A attached.
Executive Outplacement. Upon termination of Employee's employment by the Company other than pursuant to Section 6(d), the Company shall provide to Employee, at the Company's expense, reasonable executive outplacement counseling and services for up to 90 days after the Employee's termination date.
Executive Outplacement. You will be eligible to receive up to six (6) months of executive level outplacement services, using the Company’s provider and at the Company’s expense, to be initiated by you within one (1) year of this agreement.
Executive Outplacement. If not otherwise paid before the Effective Date, prior to the Separation Date, the Company shall pay $40,000 to New Directions for outplacement services for you based on the program description and invoice as provided by New Directions on September 20, 2012.
Executive Outplacement. The Company shall pay for up to $5,000 in executive career transition services for Executive with ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLC (“LHH”). If Executive wishes to engage LHH in these services, he must initiate the transition program with LHH on or before January 31, 2014.
