Executives Meeting. A meeting shall be held between the Parties, attended by representatives of the Parties with decision-making authority regarding the dispute, to attempt in good faith to negotiate a resolution of the dispute. Such meeting shall be held in Carpinteria, California within thirty (30) days after a notice of dispute has been delivered under Section 15.1 above.
