Exempt Labor Categories. Offerors shall propose labor rates for all applicable exempt labor categories (professional). These rates shall be proposed as fully burdened ceiling rates since the base rate does not change with the delivery location for exempt labor categories. See Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award, of the Solicitation for information on how BMO pricing will be evaluated.

  • EMPLOYEE CATEGORIES All employees fall into one or the other of four principal categories as outlined below.

  • Employment Categories (a) Employees under this Agreement will be employed in one of the following categories: (i) full-time; (ii) part time; or (iii) casual. (b) At the time of engagement an employer will inform each employee whether they are employed on a full-time, part time or casual basis. An employer may direct an employee to carry out such duties that are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training, consistent with the respective classification.

  • Criminal History Category With regard to determining defendant’s criminal history points and criminal history category, based on the facts now known to the government, defendant’s criminal history points equal zero and defendant’s criminal history category is I.

  • Categories All personnel of the Logistics & Supply Business Unit, within the following work categories and in classifications as enumerated in Article 8.03, are covered by this Agreement. Nothing in this agreement prevents an employee from performing either on a day to day or regular basis, any function or task that is generally performed by any category, provided that the employee is competent to perform the work required. Any efficiencies attained out of this flexibility is not intended to eliminate a category.

  • Casual Labour 19.1.1 A casual employee is an employee employed on an occasional basis and whose work pattern is not regular and systematic. When a person is engaged for casual employment the employee will be informed in writing that the employee is to be employed as a casual, the job to be performed, the classification level, the actual or likely length of engagement including number of hours to be worked per week, and the relevant rate of pay. 19.1.2 A casual employee shall be entitled to all the applicable rates and conditions of employment prescribed in this Agreement except annual leave, personal leave, parental leave, jury service and public holidays. 19.1.3 On each occasion a casual employee is required to attend work the employee shall be entitled to payment for a minimum of four hours work plus the relevant fares and travel allowance. 19.1.4 A casual employee for working ordinary hours shall be paid 125 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in this Agreement for the employees’ classification. 19.1.5 A casual employee required to work overtime or weekend shall be entitled to the relevant penalty rates prescribed in this Agreement provided that: Where the relevant penalty rate is time and a half the employee shall be paid 175 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in this Agreement for the employee’s classification and where the relevant penalty rate is double time the employee shall be paid 225 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in this Agreement for the employee's classification. 19.1.6 A casual employee required to work on a public holiday shall be paid 275 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in this Agreement for the employee's classification. 19.1.7 Termination of all casual employment shall require one hours notice on either side or the payment or forfeiture of one hours pay, as the case may be.

  • Working and Labor Synergies The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining a tranquil working relationship between the Contractor work force, the Contractor Parties and their work force, State employees, and any other contractors present at the work site. The Contractor shall quickly resolve all labor disputes which result from the Contractor's or Contractor Parties’ presence at the work site, or other action under their control. Labor disputes shall not be deemed to be sufficient cause to allow the Contractor to make any claim for additional compensation for cost, expenses or any other loss or damage, nor shall those disputes be deemed to be sufficient reason to relieve the Contractor from any of its obligations under the Contract.

  • Employee Grievances (a) Grievances on behalf of employees shall be handled as follows:

  • Long Term Cost Evaluation Criterion # 4 READ CAREFULLY and see in the RFP document under "Proposal Scoring and Evaluation". Points will be assigned to this criterion based on your answer to this Attribute. Price increases 14% or greater, except when justified by supporting documentation, receive 0 points. increases will be 5% or less annually per question Required Confidentiality Claim Form This completed form is required by TIPS. By submitting a response to this solicitation you agree to download from th e “Attachments” section, complete according to the instructions on the form, then uploading the completed form, wit h any confidential attachments, if applicable, to the “Response Attachments” section titled “Confidentiality Form” in order to provide to TIPS the completed form titled, “CONFIDENTIALITY CLAIM FORM”. By completing this process, you provide us with the information we require to comply with the open record laws of the State of Texas as they ma y apply to your proposal submission.   • Employee Grievance If an employee considers there has been a significant change to the job content of the position held, the employee may initiate a grievance by using Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure. If the issue is not resolved at this step, the Job Classification Review Procedure of Article 22.02(B) above shall be utilized.

  • Casual Employees A casual employee is one who is not regularly scheduled to work other than during periods that such employee shall relieve a regular full-time or regular part-time employee. Casual employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to such benefits as are contained in the “Addendum - Casual Employees”.
