Common use of Exercise Binding Clause in Contracts

Exercise Binding. Except as otherwise set forth herein, any action or exercise of powers by Agent provided under the Loan Documents, together with such other powers as are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be deemed authorized by and binding upon all of the Lenders. At any time and without notice to or consent from any Lender, Agent may take any action necessary or advisable to perfect and maintain the perfection of the Liens upon the Collateral.
