EXHIBITING PREMISES. To permit the Landlord or its agents or servants to enter and show the Leased Premises, during normal business hours, to prospective purchasers of the Building and may after notice of termination of this Lease has been given or within the last six (6) months of the Term, enter and show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants and erect signs stating that the premises are "To Let".
EXHIBITING PREMISES. Tenant shall permit the Landlord or its agents to exhibit and show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants during normal Business Hours of the last six (6) months of the Term or any renewal thereof, or if Tenant is in default of any term of the Lease. Tenant shall not hold the Landlord liable for any damages resulting from such entry, absent gross negligence on the part of the Landlord.
EXHIBITING PREMISES. To permit the Landlord or its agents or servants upon twenty-four (24) hours notice to enter and show the Leased Premises, during normal business hours, to prospective purchasers of the building and may after notice terminating this Lease has been given or within the last 12 months of the Term, enter and show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants and erect a sign with reasonable dimensions stated that the Leased Premises are "For Rent". EXHIBITING PREMISES. The Landlord and its authorized agents and employees shall be permitted entry to the Leased Premises during the last six (6) months of the term for the purpose of exhibiting them to prospective tenants or at any time for the purposes of arranging financing for the Building, in each case, however, the Landlord shall proceed to the extent reasonably possible so as to minimize interference with the Tenant's use and enjoyment of the Leased Premises.
EXHIBITING PREMISES. Landlord, its authorized agents and representatives, shall be entitled to enter the Premises upon not less than forty-eight (48) hours prior written notice to Tenant (facsimile notice being acceptable), and with minimal interference with Tenant's business at all reasonable times for the purpose of exhibiting the same to prospective purchasers and, during the final year of the Term of this Lease, Landlord shall be entitled to exhibit the Premises for lease and post signs therein announcing the same.
EXHIBITING PREMISES. To permit the Landlord to exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants during Normal Business Hours during the last six (6) months of the Term upon receipt of forty-eight (48) hours' prior written notice.

EXHIBITING PREMISES. The Landlord and the Landlord’s Employees shall be entitled to, at all reasonable times and on at least [*****] hours prior notice to the Tenant, enter upon the Premises in order to exhibit them to such Persons as the Landlord may determine.
