Existing Documentation. IMG shall be entitled to retain, and to continue to reproduce, use, and modify, all user documentation, technical documentation, and other materials in its possession pertaining to Licensed Client Exec, in support of the license granted to IMG in this Section 3. At IMG's request, VERITAS will provide to IMG then existing updates to, or new version of, any of these materials.

Existing Documentation. The Architect shall review aspects of the proposed project and evaluate previous reports and studies commissioned by the Board to ascertain the requirements of the Project and shall arrive at a mutual understanding of such requirements with the Owner.

However, if Seller does not have any of the foregoing materials in its possession, it shall so notify Buyer in the correspondence transmitting the materials that it does have in its possession, if any, and Seller shall thereafter be released from any other delivery obligation hereunder with respect to such materials and shall in no event be deemed in default hereunder the failure to produce such materials.
Existing Documentation. The customer will provide the Nuventive consultant with a sampling of existing plans, an overview of the planning process, roles and responsibilities in the planning process, and other information as requested.
Existing Documentation. SIEMENS Healthcare shall provide ViewRay with the service documentation (i.e. Troubleshooting guide, Replacement of Parts, Installation, Maintenance and Disposal Instructions), available and released by SIEMENS Healthcare at the time when ViewRay requests such documentation. The documentation shall be supplied in electronic form and, if available only in paper form, as a single paper copy. The documentation shall be treated confidential as further described in Section 3.5 below.

Existing Documentation. Review any documents and additional information that may be provided at a later date such as reports, studies, surveys, equipment manuals, as-built drawings, etc. The City does not attest to the accuracy of the information provided and accepts no responsibility for the consequences of errors using any information and material contained in the documentation provided. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to verify the contents and assume full responsibility for any determination or conclusion drawn from the material used. If the information provided is insufficient, the contractor and the City’s designated Project Manager shall take the appropriate actions in an attempt to obtain the additional information requested. All original documentation shall be returned to the City at the completion of the project.
